Here are our staff members favourite films:

The Breakfast Club - Jo Green, head of fundraising and engagement

Carrie (the 1976 version) - Abi Allen, individual giving officer

Spirited Away - Ben Carr, philanthropy manager

The Fifth Element - Nick Ayling, prospect research officer

Romeo and Juliet (1996) - Holly, fundraising officer

2. Set a date and location

Share the date and location as soon as possible to give people enough notice. Popular dates to host movie nights are typically Friday and Saturday nights!

3. Sell your movie night tickets

Decide on who you would like to invite to your fundraising movie night and sell the tickets. You could also share a short message about why you are fundraising for Moorfields Eye Charity.

4. On the night

The finishing touches to your movie night makes all the difference. Make sure there is space for your guests to sit comfortably and serve delicious drinks and snacks. Popcorn is a great movie night snack.

5. Enjoy the film!

You have now finished all the organising and you can enjoy the evening!
