I'm ready to step up

The stunning 13.1-mile route takes in many of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.

They’ve refreshed the route to make the experience better and even more memorable. Runners will now:
• run past Horse Guards Parade with views of the London Eye
• experience running along The Mall twice
• pass not one but two royal palaces with Kensington Palace now joining Buckingham Palace on our route.

The rest of the route remains as stunning as ever, running through the heart of London’s city streets before making your way back to the beautiful Royal Parks, including Serpentine Road, the loudest and thrilling cheer mile you’ll ever hear.

We ask all our participants who run as part of #TeamMoorfields to raise a minimum of £600 (not including Gift Aid). You can set up a Just Giving fundraising page and we will support you every step of the way to ensure you reach your target.

Once you sign up you’ll receive one of our exclusive charity vests and headbands to wear on your big day and training runs.

Check out the route!

It is a great way to see my home city - it’s flat, fast and friendly and it’s great to be part of a team of people running to make a difference to others.

It’s the perfect opportunity to set yourself a new challenge whilst raising important funds that will help Moorfields and its academic partner, the Institute of Ophthalmology, to discover and deliver the best eye care possible. So sign up, get your trainers on and start running!
