If you’re looking for your next marathon adventure, and want to help us support the future of eye health care and research then look no further! The Big Half is a vibrant, inclusive half marathon that celebrates the diversity of London.

The course begins in Tower Hill, kicking off the route through the four London boroughs -Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Lewisham, and Greenwich. You’ll run from Blackwall to Bermondsey before the final leg of the run towards the historic Cutty Sark right by Greenwich Park.
From us you can expect your own Moorfields fundraising contact who will support you throughout your journey to help you hit your target, as well as our charity vest and headband to help you look the part as you power through the course!

We can also support you with training plans, nutrition advice, Zoom sessions plus email access to running professionals through our partnership with Running With Us.
Everything you raise will be supporting those living with sight-loss at Moorfields, across the UK and worldwide.
