Congratulations on being awarded a Conference Grant! Your grant comes with some important requirements around how you present your research and claim back your expenses from us.

Poster and presentation templates
A requirement of this programme is that all award holders will use Moorfields Eye Hospital branded templates for poster and oral presentations where at all possible. These are provided below.
Moorfields Eye Charity must also be acknowledged, in writing, on any poster or presentation.
Claiming expenses
To claim back your expenses under your Conference Grant you must complete a report and submit all the necessary documents for claiming expenses. Please note that expenses are not paid via Moorfields payroll.
Remember that incomplete or claims which include ineligible expenses will be returned and not processed further until corrected.
